1. How do I earn a stamp?
It’s simple! Just place an order that includes at least one Qualifying Product - You can find these marked with a special badge <MARKET> on product tile and <Market Stamp eligible> on the product display page. Each qualifying order earns you one stamp.
2. How many stamps do I need to get a reward?
Rewards are tiered! Depending on your progress, you can unlock prizes at the following milestones:
3 Stamps - £2.50
6 Stamps - £5
9 Stamps - £5
12 Stamps - £12
3. Can I complete the stampcard more than once?
No. To keep it fair for everyone, each customer can only complete their 12-stamp stamp card once during the 8-week campaign period.
4. When do I get my reward?
Once you hit a milestone (3, 6, 9, or 12 stamps), your Gopuff credit will be added to your account automatically within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
5. My stamps haven't been updated yet — is something wrong?
Stamps take up to 24hrs to register, please check back and if after 24hrs your stamp has not updated, let us know and we’ll check.
6. Do I need notifications to play?
You don’t need them, but they’re really helpful! Updates can come through push, email, and in-app messages.
To turn them on: App → Account → Settings → Notifications.
7. Why was my account flagged for fraud or abuse?
We monitor the campaign to keep things fair. Accounts may be reviewed if we see signs like:
Multiple accounts on the same device
Repeated referrals from one device
Orders placed then refunded to earn points
Automated activity or bot-like behaviour
If you think this was a mistake, let us know and we’ll get it reviewed.

Terms & Conditions: Stampcard Promotion
1. The Promoter
This promotion is operated by Gopuff UK Ltd (“Gopuff”). By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Campaign Period
The promotion runs for 8 consecutive weeks, starting at 10am on the 7th April and ending at 8am on June 2nd (“Campaign Period”). Orders placed outside of these dates will not qualify for stamps.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Offer intended for customers who:
Are legal residents of the UK;
Are 18 years of age or older;
Make an online delivery order via Gopuff.
3.2 Employees, affiliates, and family members of Gopuff are not eligible to participate.
3.3 We reserve the right to exclude commercial/business accounts or accounts that appear to be used for business or re-selling purposes.
4. Segmentation
4.1. This is a personalized promotion. Customers are assigned to one of three groups (Group 1, 2, or 3 with a 15% holdout group) at Gopuff’s sole discretion.
4.2. A customer’s reward values and specific milestones are determined by their assigned group and cannot be changed or transferred.
4.3. Limited to one (1) completed stampcard (max 12 stamps) per customer for the duration of the Campaign Period.
5. Earning Stamps
5.1. To earn a "stamp," a customer must place a successful Gopuff delivery order containing at least one (1) Qualifying Product.
5.2. Qualifying Products are defined as items featured within the designated "Market Stamp Eligible" collections or items marked with the "Market" badge in-app.
5.3. Only one stamp can be earned per order, regardless of how many qualifying products are in that basket.
5.4. A stamp is only considered "earned" once the order has been successfully delivered. Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not qualify.
6. Rewards and Redemption
6.1. Credits are awarded at the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th stamp milestones.
6.2. Credit Expiry: All credits issued via this promotion will expire 90 days after the date of issuance.
6.3. Usage Restrictions: Credits cannot be used to purchase alcohol, baby, smokeshop, scratchcards.
6.4. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
7. Fraud and Abuse
Gopuff reserves the right to verify all entries. Suspected "gaming" of the system—including creating multiple accounts, excessive cancellations, or bulk-buying qualifying items for the sole purpose of hitting milestones—will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.
8. Prize administration, notification and dispute handling
8.1. Customers will be notified of checkpoint and prize unlocks via in-app messages, push notifications, and email
8.2. Any decision by Gopuff regarding eligibility, fraud, or prize awards is final.
9. Support
Support channels and expected response times will be listed on the campaign landing page. High volumes may cause delays.
10. Data and privacy
Participation requires a Gopuff account. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Gopuff’s privacy policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gopuff and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants from participation or acceptance of a prize. To the extent permitted by law, Gopuff is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
13. General
Gopuff reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the campaign at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical errors. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
