Jameson Carabao Cup Final 2025 Promotion (the "Promotion") Terms & Conditions

Gopuff has teamed up with [Pernod Ricard UK Limited (“PRUK”) to offer Gopuff customers the chance to win two prizes each consisting of: two tickets to the Carabao Cup Final, due to take place on Sunday, 16th March 2025 at Wembley Stadium, London (the “Prizes”). By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (the “T&Cs”). 

All customers making an order on the Gopuff mobile application (the “App”) in the UK that place orders containing any Jameson Whiskey bottle between 6th January 2025 (09:00 GMT) and 8th February 2025 (23:59 GMT) (the “Promotion Period”) shall be automatically entered into the prize draw and, for each order on the App made thereafter that meets the above criteria during the Promotion Period, shall again be automatically entered into the prize draw. Prizes cannot be deferred or transferred and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.   No refunds or any other monetary compensation will be paid in relation to any Ticket that a winner has won in this Promotion where any Match is rescheduled, postponed, delayed or cancelled (for whatever reason).

The Prizes are two pairs of tickets to the Carabao Cup Final, due to take place on Sunday, 15th March 2025 at Wembley Stadium, London. The winning two customers will win one pair of tickets each. The prize is subject to its own terms and conditions: Please also refer to the English Football League ("EFL") Terms [at the Schedule to this document] which shall apply in relation to the redemption of the Prize and attendance at the Carabao Cup Final.

The Closing Date is 23.59 GMT on 8 February. Winners will be picked at random from all the valid entries received by 12th February 2025

PRUK will contact the winners. PRUK will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners (via the contact details on their Gopuff customer account) within 2 days of 12th February 2025. If having made such efforts it is not possible to contact a winner, Gopuff reserves the right to offer the prize to the next valid entrant drawn at random.

The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 years of age or over. The Promotion is not open to Gopuff employees and their immediate families. Winners (who must be aged 18) may bring any guest who is 13 and over. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

In consideration of winning one of the available prizes, the customer may be required by Gopuff to take part in publicity related to the Promotion or prize and confirms they shall take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the customer’s name, photograph and statements made by the customer concerning the Promotion or prize.

Gopuff may pass personal information related to the prize winners (name and contact details) to PRUK for the purposes of the distribution of the prizes.

Personal data collected from customers entering into this Promotion will be stored, managed and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at www.gopuff.com/home/privacy-agreement  

​

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gopuff shall not be liable under or in connection with these T&Cs, the Promotion or any prize for any indirect, special on consequential loss or damage and shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from the use of the prizes. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Gopuff reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Promotion at any time. Gopuff’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion shall be full and final.

The following details are required from each winner: Name, date of birth, email address, home address including postcode & supporting team.

​

The EFL will be provided with information (including name and address) of the Promotion winner for prize administration and databases will be checked against any club banning orders as well as the National Police database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. The EFL will not otherwise use winners’ personal details for reasons other than the above, unless lawfully permitted to do so. 

​

Tickets will be available for match day collection from Wembley Stadium and the winner must provide photo ID, or the Tickets will not be released.

​

The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Under no circumstances can this prize be transferred to a third party or sold for any financial amount.

​

The Promotion and these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
