1. Promoter This promotion is run by Gopuff UK Ltd ("Gopuff"), registered in England & Wales. By participating you accept these terms.
2. Promotion period The promotion runs from 28th August 2026 to 31st October 2026 inclusive ("Promotion Period"). We may extend, shorten, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
3. Eligibility Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who hold a registered Gopuff account and use the Gopuff mobile app. Employees of Gopuff and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible. Excluded from prizes involving age-restricted products where the account holder is not verified as being of legal age.
4. How to take part Scratch cards are allocated at random to a proportion of customers who place an order through the Gopuff app during the Promotion Period. Where a scratch card has been allocated, it will be displayed in the app the next time the customer opens it. No purchase is required at any increased price, and no separate entry fee applies.
Customers may receive a maximum of one scratch card in any 24-hour period, regardless of the number of orders placed. A scratch card is displayed once only. If it is closed or dismissed without being scratched, it cannot be redisplayed and no prize will be awarded in respect of it. Scratch cards expire if not opened within 24 hours of being made available.
5. Prizes and chance of winning Each scratch card contains one of the following outcomes. Odds are stated per scratch card allocated:

The outcome of each scratch card is determined at random at the time of allocation, before the card is displayed.
All prizes:
are applied automatically to the winning account at the point the scratch card is revealed, and require no further action to claim;
have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or returned;
cannot be extended, reissued or replaced once expired;
are subject to minimum order value, delivery fees and the standard Gopuff Terms of Service and delivery terms, which continue to apply.
Standard delivery fees, service fees and any applicable minimum basket requirements are not discounted by a prize.
6. Availability Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value, or to withdraw a prize, where necessary for reasons outside our reasonable control.
7. Misuse We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw any prize, and to suspend or close an account, where we reasonably believe a customer has tampered with the promotion, used automated means to take part, attempted to obtain prizes they were not allocated, or otherwise acted in breach of these terms or of the Gopuff Terms of Service.
8. Technical issues We are not responsible for scratch cards or prizes that cannot be displayed, issued or redeemed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including device, network or app store issues. Where a prize has been won but not correctly issued due to a fault on our side, please contact us and we will look into it.
9. Data Personal data is processed in accordance with the Gopuff Privacy Policy. Taking part in this promotion does not enrol you in any additional marketing.
10. General Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
