Why was my order cancelled?

We’re really sorry that your order couldn't be delivered as planned. There are many variables that may prevent orders from being delivered, including but not limited to weather conditions, local circumstances, and the inability to contact a customer at the point of delivery. An automated text message will be sent to you if your order is cancelled by us.
Please note, once an order has been cancelled, an automatic refund will be processed and will reach your original payment method within 3-5 working days (not including weekends or holidays). In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a voided or reversed transaction instead of a manual refund. In these instances, you will see the pending charge should drop off instead of crediting your account
