Items from my order are missing.

We're sorry to hear that you've had a missing item in your order! We realise that's not ideal, and it's definitely not the type of experience we want our customers to have with us. If part of your order is missing, please start by filling out the form here.

Please ensure that you are reaching out within 24 hours after your delivery has been completed. Claims made outside the 24-hour window will not be reviewed. Once you have completed that, an agent from our team will reach out to you via email with an outcome. If the whole order hasn't been delivered, please see our article titled, 'My whole order is missing/hasn't turned up'.
