My whole order is missing/hasn't turned up.

Not to worry, they should be arriving in the next 5–10 minutes! If more than 15 minutes has passed since you were notified that your order was delivered, and you still haven't received it, please reach out to our Customer Service team via Live Chat anytime via our app, go to Account > Help > Chat with Support.

Please ensure that you are reaching out within 24 hours after your delivery has been completed. Claims made outside the 24-hour window will not be reviewed.
