If you’ve received an expired item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. The quickest way is through Live Chat in the app: Account > Help > Chat with Support, we're here 24/7!
To help us investigate, please include a clear photo of the item showing the expiry date or date stamp.
We have a 48-hour policy for claims related to expired perishable items. If it’s been more than two days since your delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to review the claim.
