Items in my order are expired.

We're sorry to hear that you've had an expired item in your order! We realise that's not ideal, and it's definitely not the type of experience we want our customers to have with us. If part of your order is missing, please start by filling out the form here. Please include a photo to show the condition of the item and the date stamp, if possible, for us to investigate further. Please note, we have a 24-hour policy for expired perishable items, any claims made outside this window will be rejected. Once you have completed that, an agent from our Customer Service Team will reach out to you via email with an outcome.
