Can I cancel my own order/how to cancel an order?

If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can cancel your order via the Gopuff app. To do this, please visit the order status page - from there you can select 'Get Help' and you'll have the option to cancel. If the order is out for delivery, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat 8am-2am Monday to Sunday via our app; go to Account > Help > Chat with Support.
