If you have an existing Gopuff account but do not have access to login on your phone, you will need to get in touch with our customer support team as the verification code would be sent to the mobile number associated with your account. You can contact our Customer Service team via live chat 8am-2am Monday to Sunday via our app, go to Account > Help > Chat with Support.
