What should I do if I suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account?

If you notice suspicious activity on your banking statement, we strongly recommend that you contact your financial institution to report the potentially fraudulent activity. Due to privacy concerns, we are unfortunately unable to assist you directly through our Customer Service Team. Your financial institution will reach out to us, and from there, we will be able to work with them on the request.

We also recommend visiting the "My Account" section of your Gopuff account and remove any methods of payment stored on your account, and then verifying both your phone number and email address are accurate.
