What should I do if I suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account?

If you notice Suspicious Activity on your banking statement, we strongly recommend that you contact your Financial Institution to report the potentially fraudulent activity. Due to privacy concerns, there is very little we can do for you directly through our Customer Service Team. Your Financial Institution will reach out to us and we will be happy to work with them on the request.

We also strongly recommend visiting the "My Account" section of your Gopuff account and removing any methods of payment stored on your account, and verifying both your phone number and email address are accurate.
