Not receiving offer notifications

If you believe you are having issues receiving trip offer notifications, follow these steps:
- Make sure that you are online and either at or nearby the MFC 
- Check that you have notifications enabled for Gopuff Driver in your device settings 
- (For iOS) Settings → Notifications → Gopuff Driver → Allow Notifications 
- (For Android) Settings → Notifications → App Settings → Gopuff Driver → Turn on App Notifications 
- Check that you have sounds enabled in your device settings you can hear the notifications 
- (For iOS) Settings → Notifications → Gopuff Driver → Enable Sounds 
- (For Android) Settings → Notifications -> App settings -> Gopuff Driver 
- If you are using other apps on your phone while waiting for an offer, make sure Gouff Driver is still running in the background
