Not receiving offer notifications

If you believe you are having issues receiving trip offer notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you are online and either at or nearby the MFC

  2. Check that you have notifications enabled for Gopuff Driver in your device settings

    1. (For iOS) Settings → Notifications → Gopuff Driver → Allow Notifications

    2. (For Android) Settings → Notifications → App Settings → Gopuff Driver → Turn on App Notifications

  3. Check that you have sounds enabled in your device settings you can hear the notifications

    1. (For iOS) Settings → Notifications → Gopuff Driver → Enable Sounds 

    2. (For Android) Settings → Notifications -> App settings -> Gopuff Driver

  4. If you are using other apps on your phone while waiting for an offer, make sure Gouff Driver is still running in the background
