What is a Hot Streak?
Hot Streak is a feature in your Driver App that rewards you for accepting consecutive trip offers. The more offers you accept in a row, the higher your Hot Streak. The higher your hot streak, the higher priority you'll get for upcoming offers.
How it works
Accept an offer → your Hot Streak goes up by 1.
Keep accepting → your Hot Streak keeps growing.
Reject, let expire, or unassign an offer → your Hot Streak resets to 0 (in most cases).
Additive offers (extra offers added on top of an active offer while you’re on your way back) don’t affect your streak. Accepting, rejecting, or expiring them won’t change it.
Going offline does not reset your streak. Your Hot Streak persists across delivery sessions and locations.
Examples
You accept 3 offers in a row → Hot Streak = 3
You accept 5 offers in a row, then reject the 6th → Hot Streak resets to 0.
You reject an additive offer on top of an offer you've already accepted → your Hot Streak is not affected.
FAQs
Where can I see my Hot Streak?
In the Driver App, your Hot Streak is displayed above “My Stats” and on the home screen above “My Missions.”
Why did my Hot Streak reset?
Your streak resets when you reject, let expire, or unassign a trip offer under most conditions. If this happens, your count goes back to 0 and you’ll need to start building again.
Do all offers count?
Yes, every accepted offer counts towards your streak, except additive offers, which don’t affect your streak. Expirations or rejections that happen while you're still on the way back to the facility do not impact your Hot Streak.
How will I know when I'm being prioritized for trip offers?
If you see: “You received priority for this offer because of your Hot Streak 🔥” on your offer card, it means you’ve been prioritized for that trip.
Why it matters
Hot Streaks reward consistency. The higher your streak compared to other delivery partners, the more priority you’ll have for upcoming offers, which means more chances to stay busy and earn.
