What if I don’t receive an order confirmation via email or text?

If you place a Gopuff order, you should receive both an SMS confirmation and an email confirmation. Please verify your mobile number and email address associated with your Gopuff account. You can do so by visiting “my account” in the app or on the website and choosing the “settings” section to view and edit your account information. If your information appears correct, please visit your Gopuff home screen. If you do not see a yellow bar under your delivery address that reads “View Order Status”, your order was not successfully placed. Please revisit your cart and proceed to checkout.
