National Lottery Scratchcards FAQs

1. Can I buy scratchcards from Gopuff?

Yes, customers can purchase scratchcards through Gopuff.

2. How old do I need to be to buy scratchcards?

You must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Will my ID be checked when scratchcards are delivered?

Yes. Your ID or passport will be checked and scanned upon delivery for all scratchcard orders.

4. What happens if I don’t have my ID when the order arrives?

If you cannot present a valid ID at delivery, your items will not be handed over — but you will still be charged.

5. Can the driver complete the delivery if I am underage or intoxicated?

No. The driver cannot complete any part of the delivery if the customer is under 18, does not have a valid ID, or appears intoxicated.

6. What forms of ID are accepted?

Acceptable IDs include:

• Driving licence

• Citizen Card

• Any valid (non-expired) passport

7. What IDs are not accepted?

Unacceptable IDs include:

• Birth certificates

• School or work ID cards

• Expired passports

8. How do I claim a prize if my scratchcard wins?

Prizes are not claimed through Gopuff - all claims must be submitted directly to The National Lottery. Full instructions on how to claim a prize can be found here.
