My order was cancelled but you charged me! What now?

We’re so sorry that your order couldn’t be delivered as planned. In the event that an order is cancelled, we will provide a full refund back to the original method of payment. Refunds generally take 3-5 working days to process (not including weekends or holidays). In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a voided or reversed transaction instead of a manual refund. In these instances, you will see the pending charge should drop off instead of crediting your account. This can also take up to 3-5 working days and if this has not been received by then, we recommend reaching out to your bank/card provider.
