My order was cancelled, but I was still charged.

We’re so sorry that your order couldn’t be delivered as planned. In the event that an order is cancelled, we will provide a full refund back to the original method of payment. Refunds generally take 3-5 working days to process (not including weekends or holidays). In some instances, funds may be returned in the form of a voided or reversed transaction instead of a manual refund. In these instances, you will see the pending charge should drop off instead of crediting your account.
