Gopuff UK Christmas Gamification Campaign: ‘Delivery Dash’ T&Cs

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Gopuff UK Ltd (“Gopuff”), registered in England & Wales. By participating you accept these terms.
2. Campaign period
The Christmas Delivery Dash campaign runs from 00:00 on 1 December 2025 to 23:59 on 25 December 2025 (UTC). All actions that award points must be executed within that time period. Gopuff may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in part or in its entirety at any time without notice.
3. Eligibility
3.1. Offer intended for customers who:
Are legal residents of the UK;
Are 18 years of age or older
Make an online delivery order via Gopuff.
3.2. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Gopuff are not eligible to participate.
3.3. We reserve the right to exclude commercial/business accounts or accounts that appear to be used for business or re-selling purposes.
4. How to play & how points are earned
4.1. Points are earned between 1st and 25th December 2025 only. Points awarded:
App visits: 5 points per day the app is opened. Streak milestone bonuses: +60 bonus points at 7-day streak, +120 bonus points at 14-day streak, and +185 bonus points at 21-day streak. Streak resets after a missed day. Each streak bonus can only be unlocked once per customer.
Orders: 30 points per order; +15 bonus points for orders above £30; +30 points per £50 spent during the campaign.
Referrals: 100 points when a referred friend places their first order between 1–25 December 2025.
FAM multiplier: Customers with a FAM membership receive 1.5× points from all point sources.
4.2. Points update once daily at noon (UK time). Points earned during a 24-hour period will be processed and reflected in the system at the noon update. Progress messages are sent frequently via in-app messages, push notifications, and email. Customers cannot view a live progress screen outside those messages, so we encourage you to enable our marketing communications in the app. To do this, open the Gopuff app and go to Account -> Settings -> Notifications, and enable the marketing channels you desire.
5. Prizes and redemption (Race Format)
5.1. There are six checkpoints, each awarding Gopuff credits. Prizes are limited in quantity and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis as follows:

5.2. Credits will be applied automatically to customers’ Gopuff accounts once a day (except for the Star Point £100 credit, which will be awarded manually by a Gopuff representative). Once a checkpoint’s redemptions are fully claimed, further participants will not receive that prize.
5.3. Credits granted during the campaign expire 90 days after they are added to the account. Credits can only be used on the Gopuff platform where allowed by local law.
5.4. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and one prize per customer per checkpoint.
5.5. Credits cannot be used to purchase alcohol, smoke shop products, or baby care items.
6. Limits and caps
6.1. Prizes are limited on a first-come, first-served basis, as indicated in the table above. Gopuff reserves the right to limit the number of prizes awarded.
7. Fraud, abuse and account control
7.1. Gopuff reserves the right to withhold or withdraw prizes and credits, and to cancel or suspend accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or gaming of the system including, but not limited to:
Account sharing for pooling points;
Creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple prizes;
Use of bots, scripts, automated or simulated events to inflate app opens, orders, or referrals;
Purchases or orders placed with intent to trigger rewards and then refunded or reversed;
Abuse of referral system (e.g., fake identities or accounts).
7.2. Examples of abuse include multiple orders from the same address for many accounts, frequent cancellations/refunds timed to game points, logins from unusual IP clusters, repeated referral codes from the same device.
7.3. On suspicion of abuse, Gopuff may require additional information to verify identity and eligibility. Credits may be delayed pending investigation. Gopuff may refuse to award prizes, rescind credits already awarded, or close the account without liability.
7.4. Reasonable limits per household or postal address may be applied if coordinated attempts to game the campaign are suspected.
8. Multiple accounts and householding
8.1. Customers may only participate using one personal account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. Accounts may be linked by device, IP, or payment method to detect abuse.
9. Refunds, reversals and points
9.1. If an order that generated points is refunded or reversed, Gopuff may deduct the associated points, potentially resulting in the loss of a checkpoint previously awarded.
10. Prize administration, notification and dispute handling
10.1. Customers will be notified of checkpoint and prize unlocks via in-app messages, push notifications, and email
10.2. Any decision by Gopuff regarding eligibility, fraud, or prize awards is final.
11. Support
11.1. Support channels and expected response times will be listed on the campaign landing page. High volumes may cause delays.
12. Data and privacy
12.1. Participation requires a Gopuff account. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Gopuff’s privacy policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Gopuff and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants from participation or acceptance of a prize. To the extent permitted by law, Gopuff is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
