Gopuff FAM Subscription Terms

Gopuff FAM is a subscription program that gives you unlimited discounted delivery on eligible orders and access to exclusive discounts and offers. Here are the key things to know:

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Eligibility: You must be 18+, live in a Gopuff delivery area, and have a valid payment method on file.

Changes & Cancellations: We may update FAM benefits, fees, or terms, but we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance. If a major change negatively affects you, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.

Payment & Billing: You’ll be charged at the start of each subscription period. If your payment fails, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

Fraud Prevention: Your FAM account is for personal use only. Sharing or misuse may lead to account suspension or termination.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel anytime. If you cancel within the 14 day Cooling Off Period, that is subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of signing up, you will be eligible for a full refund. Subscriptions cancelled outside the 14 day Cooling Off Period are exempt from refunds.
