GBL California Zero Tolerance Policy

To report a violation of either policy, please notify a local Gopuff employee or contact us directly in the Gopuff Driver app. Any such reports will be treated as confidential to the extent practicable.

The mandatory rest period is a California state-mandated 6-hour rest period that you must take after being logged into the Gopuff Driver app for 12 cumulative hours within a 24-hour period. To help you meet this requirement, you're encouraged to choose your times accordingly, not exceeding 12 hours within a 24-hour period.

Both the Safe Driving and Food Safety courses are part of the initial onboarding you complete as part of the sign up process.
