Partners who schedule a block are eligible to earn a per-minute rate (e.g. $0.20/min) for the time they spend waiting at the facility for an order during that block. This is called Wait Pay.

Wait Pay = (Scheduled minutes while waiting at the facility) x (Wait Pay Rate)

During a scheduled block, you accrue Wait Pay (in minutes), anytime you:

• Are online, AND

• Are at the facility, AND

• Don’t have a trip offer

You will temporarily stop accruing Wait Pay when:

• You’re offered a trip, OR

• You leave the facility, OR

• You go offline, OR

• You pause trip offers, OR

• You reject too many orders during your scheduled block, OR

• Your scheduled block is over
