Can I Cancel An Order Whilst In Delivery?

In some cases, yes.
For example:
Customer has not answered messages or calls and you cannot locate them
Wrong address provided
Road access to address (road closure)
Vehicle breakdown
If you are unable to locate a customer or they have not answered, please ensure you have sent 2 text messages and called 3 times. You must wait 10-15 minutes before cancelling.
To proceed and cancel an order, please navigate to Live Chat > Delivery > Trip/Order Issue > Current Trip/Order Issue > Current Trip Issue > Select Reason.
