I lost, misplaced, or don’t have my phone, how do I get into my account?

If you have an existing Gopuff account, but do not have access to login on your phone, you can login on another device. Please enter the phone number associated with your account, and we’ll send the 4 digit verification code to both your phone and the email address associated with your account. You can retrieve the 4 digit code to login to your account from your email in the event you do not have access to your phone.
