Terms & Conditions

Gopuff “Spin The Wheel” Competition (the “Competition”). 

Gopuff is giving every qualifying customer that orders an online delivery on the Gopuff app or website a chance to spin the wheel - with a chance to win prizes.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”). 

1. Eligibility: Spins will reset on Monday each week. To qualify for a spin during a new week, an eligible order must be placed any time during the previous full week (Monday-Sunday). 

1. The Spin the Wheel promotion is open to all Gopuff customers who are:

• Residents of the United Kingdom.

• Aged 18 years or older.

1. Spin Rules: 

1. Customers are allowed one spin per week (Monday through Sunday). 

2. The weekly spin period begins at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Monday and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on Sunday.

3. Probability to win:

1. No Prize |  50%

2. £0.50 off next eligible order | 30%

3. £1 off next eligible order |  12%

4. £5 off next eligible order | 6%

5. £10 off next eligible order | 1.6%

6. £20 off next eligible order | 0.4%

2. Prizes:

1. Prizes are determined at random upon spinning the wheel. The types and value of prizes may vary each week and are subject to availability.

2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Specific terms may apply to certain prizes (e.g., expiration dates, usage restrictions). These terms will be detailed in the prize description or communication.

5. Prizes are money-off coupons to be redeemed on your next Gopuff delivery order placed on the web or Gopuff app. Coupons cannot be used on third party websites or platforms. T&Cs, exclusions and geographical restrictions apply. A delivery fee of £1.99 and/or small order fees may apply. Prizes do not stack and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

6. Prizes must be redeemed through placing an eligible order within 7 days of receipt or they will expire.

3. Limitations:

1. Only one spin is permitted per customer account per week.

2.  Gopuff reserves the right to disqualify any spin or order if fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.

4.  Technical Issues:

1. Gopuff is not responsible for any technical errors or interruptions (e.g., internet connectivity issues, app crashes) that prevent customers from participating in the promotion.

2. If a spin is interrupted or fails due to technical issues, Gopuff may, at its sole discretion, allow the customer to retry. 

5. Changes to the Promotion:

1. Gopuff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Spin the Wheel promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. Any changes will be updated in these Terms and Conditions and communicated to customers as appropriate.

6. Liability:

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopuff shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Spin the Wheel promotion or acceptance of any prize.

7. Offer intended for customers who: (i) are legal residents of the UK; (ii) are above the age of 18; (iii) check out on Gopuff, (iiii) make an online delivery order on Gopuff. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Gopuff are not eligible to participate.

8. Offer Period: Competition valid from 23.12.2024 until 31.01.2025, or unless the cap (defined below) has been reached, whichever happens first.

9. Offer: Make an online delivery order on Gopuff with a minimum cart subtotal of 20 GBP between 23.12.2024 until 31.01.2025 containing minimum one product. To enter, open the Gopuff App and give the wheel a spin to reveal whether you’ve won an instant win (the “instant prize”) or not. Customers have a  50% chance of winning a prize instantly per spin. The instant prize is limited to the first 10,000 customers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spinning the wheel  is implicit agreement to the full T&Cs. T&Cs, geographical restrictions and exclusions apply.

10. How to redeem: To redeem the instant prize, simply click on the “Claim Offer” button after spinning the wheel, and the credit will be automatically added to your account.

11. Restrictions and Exclusions: The offer is limited to the first 10,000 customers on a first come, first served basis (the “Cap”). T&Cs, geographical restrictions and exclusions apply. 

12. In consideration of winning one of the available prizes, the customers may be required by Gopuff to take part in publicity related to the competition or prize and confirm they shall take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the customer’s name, photograph and statements made by the customer concerning the competition or prize. 

13. Winners of the prizes agree to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the prize and use of the prize. The prize must not be sold on and is not transferable to another person(s). 

14. Disqualification: Gopuff reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel the Competition if fraudulent or unlawful behavior is suspected.

15. Limitation of Liability: Gopuff and it’s affiliates shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by participants resulting from their participation in the competition or the acceptance of any prize. 

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by England and Wales law. The courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

17. Personal data collected from customers entering into this competition will be stored, managed and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at Gopuff.com/home/privacy-agreement.

18. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gopuff shall not be liable under or in connection with these T&Cs, the competition or any prize for any indirect, special on consequential loss or damage and shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from the use of Prizes.

19. Gopuff reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the competition at any time. Gopuff’s decision in all matters relating to the competition shall be full and final.

20. The competition and these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

21. By entering the Gopuff Spin The Wheel  competition, participants agree to the collection of their personal information, including but not limited to their email address. The collected data will be used for the administration of the Competition Prize, including the selection of winners and prize distribution.

22. The lawful basis for processing participant data is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (“the Competition”) and fulfilling delivery of the prizes.

23. Gopuff is committed to the security and protection of participant data. All collected information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

24. Participants data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable laws.

25. Gopuff reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including its privacy practices, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to reflect changes in our data processing activities.

Gopuff reserves the right to limit, cancel, suspend or modify this programme in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion.
