Appealing account deactivation

Delivery partners in the State of California who received notification of contract termination are eligible to appeal their deactivation.

The option to appeal a contract termination will be detailed at the end of the relevant contract termination email. You will have up to one week to submit any relevant information pertaining to a contract termination appeal by contacting us directly from Gopuff Driver App by following these steps:

1. Under the Account tab, Select Get Support

2. Under Contact and Feedback, Select Contact Support

3. Select Start Conversation

You can also Initiate a chat by selecting the icon on the bottom right corner of the page.

If the decision to terminate the contract is reversed due to new information pertaining to the reason for termination, you will receive notice via email that your contract with GBL California, LLC has been reinstated. You will be promptly reactivated and added back to the platform.
