Stripe Connect is the platform that allows delivery partners to be paid for the services they offer on Gopuff.

Yes, you still need to create an account with Stripe for Gopuff in order to get paid. The other Stripe accounts that you may have with other companies will not apply to your Gopuff account.

Stripe regularly reviews Stripe accounts to keep them safe. Verifying your identity is required to help protect against fraud and stay current with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. If you have any questions, please reply to the email sent by Stripe (support@stripe.com).

This typically means Stripe tried to send a payment and it failed. Please go back into your Stripe account (https://dashboard.stripe.com/login) to see if there are any changes or updates that need to be made regarding your bank account/debit card information or reply directly to the email sent by Stripe. 

Yes! Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Please see Stripe’s Global Privacy Policy. They work with many Fortune 500 companies and security is one of their highest priorities.

  1. Go to the Account tab in your Gopuff Driver app

  2. Click the Set up Stripe menu item

  3. Click Register Now on the pop-up banner


Once you click to “Register Now”, you will be taken to a sign up page on Stripe where you can start the activation process. 

  1. Go to the “Accounts” tab in your Gopuff Driver app

  2. Click the “Set up Stripe” menu item

  3. Login to your Stripe account

  4. Complete remaining steps of your activation

You’ll log into Stripe by visiting Stripe Express Dashboard.

You can set up a Stripe account with either a bank account or debit card. To be prepared, you will need your bank account or debit card information, as well as your ID for identity verification. For an ID, you should use a valid Driver’s License, Identity Card or Passport.

Once you’ve completed the Stripe enrollment process, the Payments section in your Gopuff account will update to say your sign up has been completed. You can now get paid directly to your bank account or debit card.

Visit the password reset form or click “Forgot your password?” on the Stripe login screen.

Stripe recommends waiting up to 30 minutes for some codes. If you haven’t received one after the time has passed, you can request a new code. Additional information can be found on Stripe’s help page or you can contact Stripe support.

At the bottom of Stripe’s activation form, there’s a Contact button. Please reach out to the Stripe team to help get the rest of your information updated. You can also contact them by going to support.stripe.com or emailing support@stripe.com.

In order to get paid with Stripe, you will need to add your bank account information to get paid by Gopuff. If you do not have a bank account at this time, you will not be able to make deliveries.

Your account may need updated or more information, so please check your Stripe account. If you need additional help, there’s a Contact button at the bottom of Stripe’s activation form. Please reach out to the Stripe team to help get the rest of your information updated. You can also contact them by going to support.stripe.com.

You will need to first activate your Stripe account in order to set up your direct deposit. Once you add your banking information and complete the activation, you will be set up for direct deposit. If you want to update or change your payout method, you can do so through your Stripe Dashboard account settings. Please note that there is a 72-hour hold on the cash out feature whenever an update or change is made to your payout method. This is a common security measure that is in place to protect you from fraud. 

The Know Your Customer (KYC) check is monitored by Stripe. You should have received an email from Stripe (support@stripe.com) requesting more/updated information. If you cannot find the email from Stripe, check your Spam folder before reaching out to support. You can respond directly to Stripe’s email with the information they are requesting.
