Gopuff’s pay cycle runs every Monday at 5AM local time through the following Monday at 4:59AM. We process your weekly pay on Tuesdays, and it may take a few days to appear in your preferred account. If there is a bank holiday on an intended payout date, your earnings will be paid out on the following non-holiday business day. Eligible delivery partners also have the option to access their earnings immediately using Instant Cash Out. 

Yes, you can enjoy easy and immediate access to your earnings when you click the blue Cash Out button in your Earnings page. A fee of $1.99 will be automatically deducted from your earnings when you cash out. Most delivery partners will receive their earnings in 30 minutes or less, but this may vary slightly depending on your bank.

To be eligible to cash out, you must meet the following requirements:

• You’ve created a Stripe account for Gopuff

• You are not subject to wage garnishments

• You have made at least one delivery

• You have a Stripe instant-eligible debit card as a payout method. For info on what debit cards are instant-eligible on Stripe, find out more here.

• You have at least $1.99 in your Available Balance

As many times as you want! There is no limit to the amount of times you cash out each day. You are also able to cash out on weekends and holidays.

The maximum amount of money you can cash out in one day is $5,000.

Your available balance is the amount you have earned but have not been paid out. You will be able to view this balance on your Earnings page.

Any remaining balance will be paid out as normal every Tuesday, with payments hitting your account on Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your bank.

You can update your direct deposit information in your Stripe account dashboard settings.

You can view your detailed weekly and daily earnings information by logging into your Gopuff Driver app and navigating to the ‘Earnings’ tab. There you will see a breakdown of your deliveries, tips, and other real-time information, like your progress towards a Mission.
