Requirements for being a Gopuff Delivery Partner

To be a Gopuff Delivery Partner, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • 21+ years old

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Vehicle and car insurance in your name

  • Smartphone with the most up-to-date operating system

  • Willing & able to pass a pre-paid regulated product delivery course (where applicable)

If you are almost 21 and want to apply, please wait to apply until you have turned 21 years old. Otherwise, your application will be rejected.


Checking the status of your application

To check the current status of your application, look for the most recent email communication from notification@fountain.com. This will direct you to your application portal. If your application is showing a pending background check, you can monitor the status of your background check through the Checkr Candidate Portal.

If your applicant link isn’t working, or you can’t track it down, please reach out to partners@gopuff.com and an agent will issue you a new link.


General FAQs about the application process


The application process consists of various steps including signing a service agreement, providing documentation, background checks, and completing Educational Sessions or Certifications.

If there is no waitlist at your location, the application process typically takes 4-5 days, but can take up to 1 week depending on your location.

To resume your application, look for an email from notifications@fountain.com and click on the link provided. Bookmark this link so it’s easy for you to find later on! 

Be aware that applicant links expire after 6 months. If yours isn’t working, has expired or you can’t find it in your email, reach out to partners@gopuff.com and a member of our team will send you a new link.
