Notification Preferences

As a delivery partner, you have total control over what notifications you receive from the Gopuff Driver app. You can update these preferences at any time in the app by going to Account → Preferences → Notifications. 

Pro tip: To ensure you are receiving trip offers, make sure you have your Gopuff Driver app notifications enabled in your device settings. 


Updating Account Information

Delivery Partners can request to update the following general information: first/last name, phone number, home address, email addresses, or delivery zones. For requests to update general information, contact us directly from Gopuff Driver App by following these steps:

1. Under the Account tab, Select Get Support

2. Under Contact and Feedback, Select Contact Support

3. Select Start Conversation

You can also Initiate a chat by selecting the icon on the bottom right corner of the page.
