In the Driver App, your Hot Streak is displayed above “My Stats” and on the home screen above “My Missions.”

Your streak resets when you reject, let expire, or unassign a trip offer under most conditions. If this happens, your count goes back to 0 and you’ll need to start building again.

Every accepted offer counts towards your streak, except additive offers, which don’t affect your streak. Expirations or rejections that happen while you're still on the way back to the facility do not impact your Hot Streak.

If you see: “You received priority for this offer because of your Hot Streak 🔥” on your offer card, it means you’ve been prioritized for that trip.

No! While there are added benefits of building your Hot Streak (like getting priority for upcoming trip offers), you will never be penalized for breaking your Hot Streak.

Prioritization is tiered. Once you hit the Hot Streak threshold at your site, you’ll enter a priority tier where all streaked drivers are prioritized equally. The offer will ultimately go to the delivery partner who’s been waiting the longest.

We know streaks can reset for reasons outside of your control. While we can’t retroactively restore a streak, we’ve made it easier to rebuild it:

• Stay online and on-site after your streak resets

• If a certain amount of time passes (varies by site) and you haven’t received an offer, you’ll automatically be moved back into the offer pool, giving you another chance to get an order and start building again.

• Going offline or leaving the area resets this timer, so it’s best to stay put if you want to rebuild quickly.

Our systems don’t allow us to retroactively restore streaks. But we built these new improvements specifically to reduce the impact when this happens. With the fair chance rule and tiered priority, it should be much easier to get back on track quickly.

Yes. There are rules in place that make it easier for delivery partners without a streak (or with a low streak) to re-enter the offer pool.

If you’ve been on-site and online for a set amount of time without getting an offer, you’ll automatically be prioritized along with streaked drivers. This gives everyone a fair shot at receiving orders, not just those already on a hot streak.

No. Hot Streak prioritization applies only to drivers who are currently on-site waiting for offers. Returning drivers are not prioritized over drivers who are already on-site.
